    At present, the energy saving direction of high temperature kiln in China and abroad is the light quality of furnace and kiln car. The heat insulation material density of the inner wall of the furnace with more than 1500 degrees is higher than 1.2, and the thermal conductivity is larger, so the kiln wall is thicker (over 500mm), and the energy saving effect needs to be further improved. Ceramic fiber density is low, good adiabatic performance is good, but the intensity is low, easy high temperature powders, use a certain period to need to change. The price of polycrystalline mullite with more than 1500 degrees is expensive, and the domestic demand is 100 yuan /kg, and it is difficult to use over 1550 degrees for a long time. Imported mullite asbestos quality is better, but the price needs 300 yuan /kg above.
